Some of us are quick to say we are super intentional, others will lean towards relational. The truth is you probably have a side of the scale that is easier for you than the other, and yet we know: Jesus was an expert at both. Today, we take a look at the disciple making scale, why it's important and encourage you to move more towards the other side.
Takeaway: Disciple makers work on the skill that’s on the opposite of the scale. Developing the balance creates an ideal environment in which disciples can grow.

Tools are one of the most underrated parts of the disciple making process. When we are discipline well, we are passing on the tools we have so that the person we are pouring into can pour into someone else.
