HOW: 1. Listen - For values, priorities, how time in being spent, beliefs about self and God 2. Ask Questions - About time with God, those they are discipling, inconsistencies/incongruences you hear. Places where they can do something/more to make a difference. 3. Walk them to the application. What are you going to do about it? What are you taking with you from our time today? Revisit those when you get back together.
Takeaway: If your disciple making relationship doesn’t have dynamic tension in the relationship you’ll end up stuck.
Action Step: Evaluate the level of the tension in the disciple making relationship, what tools do you need to start using?
